Take It Outside is Moncton's destination for outdoor, lifestyle, and fashion specialty retail — where technical gear shares floor space with the brands you actually want to wear every day. We're looking for a Team Lead who can be the glue holding our Moncton team together: someone positive, professional, and genuinely proud of the work they do.

What You'll Be Doing

As Team Lead, you're the face of the store and the connective tissue between our sales floor and management. That means:

- Driving toward sales targets while making sure every customer leaves happier than when they walked in
- Keeping the store looking sharp — brand and colour coordination, visual merchandising that's eye-catching but never cluttered
- Making sure the whole team knows our policies, our POS system, our brand story, and our values inside and out
- Becoming the go-to product expert and keeping the team just as sharp on what we carry
- Spotting opportunities to grow the business and acting on them
- Helping us show up in the Moncton community — local awareness, involvement, and bringing new faces through the door




- Partnering with management to keep the right product on the floor at the right time
- Pitching in on EzeeTeez, social media, marketing, promotions, and events
- Helping migrate product images and descriptions to our ecommerce site
- Everything a great Sales Associate does, plus whatever else the leadership team needs

Pay: From $15.90 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 30.0 per week
