Everybody Wellness Clinic is looking for a Registered Massage Therapist to join our established multidisciplinary clinic in North Delta.

Newly graduated or starting your RMT career? We’d love to hear from you.

We’ve been serving the North Delta and Surrey community for 10 years, and our current RMTs maintain full schedules. We’re looking to add another RMT to our team, with full flexibility to build a schedule that works for you.

We take care of the administrative side of practice — including reception, scheduling, payments, direct billing, linens and laundry — so you can focus on treating your patients and building your practice.

Everybody Wellness Clinic does not hold back your practitioner payments while waiting to receive payment from insurance providers.

You are paid on our regular bi-weekly payment schedule.

This means less time worrying about outstanding insurance claims or tracking payments and more time focused on your patients and your practice.

About Everybody Wellness Clinic

Everybody Wellness Clinic is a professional, modern multidisciplinary clinic located near Scott Road and 72nd Avenue in North Delta.

We have been serving the community for 10 years and have developed an established patient base and strong local reputation.

Our multidisciplinary team includes Registered Massage Therapists, Acupuncturists and Kinesiologists, creating opportunities for collaboration and internal referrals when appropriate.

Everybody Wellness Clinic was also recognized as the Best Massage Therapy Clinic in Delta by Quality Business Awards in 2022.

Our goal is to provide practitioners with the infrastructure and support they need to build successful practices while maintaining the independence and flexibility that make being an RMT attractive.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who:





- Is registered and in good standing with the College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC (CCHPBC), or is a current graduate working toward registration
- Is passionate about patient care
- Is professional, reliable and personable
- Works well within a multidisciplinary environment
- Communicates effectively with patients and colleagues
- Wants to build a long-term practice within an established clinic

No previous RMT experience is required. New graduates are welcome.

Compensation

70–75% percentage split

The percentage split is based on weekly schedule and availability and will be discussed during the interview process.

Estimated annual earnings will vary based on the number of shifts worked, patient volume and individual schedule.

We’re currently flexible and open to adding coverage throughout the week.
