Urban Medical Clinic ( South East Edmonton ) Hiring for : Full time Medical Office Assistant
We are looking a Medical Office Assistant to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will provide support to the day-to-day operations of our medical office. Must be able to work independently, and as a team in a multidisciplinary setting. Must excellent communication in English and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Receive and check in patients
- Book appointments telephonically
- Schedule, confirm appointments
- Process payments and assist with billing and administrative tasks as required
- working with an EMR would be an asset
The clinic uses MedAccess EMR
Training will be provided.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
