We are currently looking for a fulltime Receptionist/Data Entry Clerk to direct customers with their propane or business inquiries and assisting with other office duties as required. Any required training will be provided if necessary. Successful candidates will also be provided opportunities to expand job capabilities within the company. We are looking to hire the right candidate as soon as possible.

Key Job Responsibilities:

- Open the phone lines and check overnight messages every morning.
- Answer incoming calls and answer propane or business inquiries.
- Answer incoming calls and direct customer calls and messages to the right department.
- Data Entry/Tracking
- Document/Invoice Filing
- Additional office duties as required - office supply orders, assisting different departments with tasks, organizing documents, and others.




- Closing the phone lines and call forwarding lines nightly.

Work and Experience:

- High-school education or higher.
- Experience dealing with large volume of phonelines/customers.
- Experience in fast paced work setting and valuable organizational skills
- Individual that can work alone but also part of a team.
- Previous reception experience considered an asset.
- Job specific training provided.

Pay: From $23.00 per hour
