Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their needs in a friendly, professional manner
- Support daily store operations by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining cleanliness
- Process transactions accurately at the checkout counter, including handling cash, credit cards, and digital payments
- Collaborate with team members to ensure product availability and optimal presentation on the sales floor
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing helpful information or directing them to appropriate resources
- Assist in inventory management by receiving shipments,



updating stock levels, and conducting regular audits
- Uphold safety standards by following company policies and procedures during all activities

Qualifications

- Enthusiastic attitude with a passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and a positive approach to problem-solving
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads when necessary
