Duties

- Supervise and coordinate pharmacy staff to ensure efficient workflow and excellent patient service
- Oversee medication dispensing, administration, and inventory management to guarantee accuracy and safety
- Provide guidance on medical terminology, medication interactions, and proper medication administration techniques
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care plans, including pediatrics and acute care cases
- Ensure compliance with all legal, safety,



and regulatory standards governing pharmacy practice
- Educate patients on medication usage, potential side effects, and health management strategies
- Maintain detailed records of prescriptions, patient interactions, and inventory for audit purposes

Experience

- Community Pharmacy experience
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, medication administration protocols, and pharmacy operations
- leadership skills in managing pharmacy teams within a fast-paced healthcare setting
- Prior experience overseeing medication safety programs and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with healthcare professionals and educate patients

Pay: $52.00-$62.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
