Role Overview:

The HR Generalist will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment for both clinical and non-clinical positions while supporting a variety of HR programs, projects, and operational initiatives. This role partners closely with leaders across the organization to hire top talent and collaborate driving workforce planning, HR projects, process improvements, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, prepare offers, and facilitate onboarding.
- Maintain talent pipelines and monitor recruitment metrics.

Projects & Collaboration

- Partner with Operations and HR teams on workforce planning and organizational initiatives.
- Participate in HR projects focused on process improvement,



employee engagement, and operational effectiveness.
- Help plan culture events for the company, promoting an inclusive work setting.
- Support the implementation of new HR programs and procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

- 2+ years of HR experience in a Generalist or Coordinator capacity
- Recruitment experience highly preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion
- A flexible and adaptable mindset – you're comfortable wearing many hats and shifting priorities as needed
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with remote teams
- High level of professionalism, organization, and attention to detail
- Proficiency with MS Office and HRIS systems (experience with HUMI is a plus)
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or a related field an asset
- CHRP/CPHR designation or working towards it is an asset
