Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administration, Bookkeeping & Inventory Manager to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining accurate financial records, managing daily office operations, and supporting overall administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have experience with accounting software and possess strong organizational skills to ensure smooth business operations. Duties
- Manage and maintain accurate bookkeeping records using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections
- Perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation to ensure financial accuracy
- Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies or irregularities
- Assist with payroll processing and related reporting requirements
- Maintain organized financial documentation and files for audit readiness
- Support budgeting activities by tracking expenses and preparing financial reports
- Assist with general office administration tasks including data entry, filing, and correspondence management
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial policies and procedures
- Maintain Correct Levels of inventory.
- Inventory reporting & preparing reports on stock levels, usage, variances, and inventory value.
- Monitoring stock levels and identifying when items need to be reordered.
Skills
- Proven experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero
- Solid knowledge of bookkeeping principles, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliation
- Ability to perform bank reconciliation and account analysis accurately
- Familiarity with payroll processing and related compliance requirements
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for financial analysis and reporting
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration within the team
- Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
This role is integral to maintaining the financial health of the organization while supporting daily administrative functions. We value candidates who are proactive, meticulous, and committed to accuracy in all aspects of their work.
Pay: $42,000.00-$57,000.00 per year
Experience:
- accounting and bookkeeping: 3 years (preferred)
