BOCADO RESTAURANT We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bar Staff for our location in Collingwood!

BOCADO RESTAURANT is a Spanish inspired restaurant, with a location in Prince Edward County, BOCADO is a true expression of the Mediterranean, and Spanish cuisine through its colourful menu and thoughtful décor.

The Bar team will play a key role in supporting the restaurants vision for high quality service and ensuring that it is delivered, with a hands-on approach in a professional, safe and efficient manner.

You thrive in the fast-paced atmosphere and love coming to work every day! Your 3- 5 years of service experience in a similair role combined with your practical knowledge makes you an ideal candidate for this role.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

- Assist with management of day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
- Lead guests through interesting and diverse cocktails, wine lists and food menu
- Help to lead staff training and development in the areas of the bar, and overall service excellence
- You pride yourself on customer service excellence, drink preparation, and food safety protocols.




- Work with Bar manager to develop and implement innovative drink menus that align with customer preferences.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the bar area.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to maintain high satisfaction levels

Qualifications

You have a great sense of passion for wine, food, and culinary excellence. You are a hospitality professional that is eager to share your knowledge for cocktails.

- Solid organizational skills
- Previous experience with silverware POS preferred but not essential

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
