A global automotive manufacturing organization based in the North York region.

Intro paragraph:
Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a major SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation. This role will lead key project activities across Finance, IT, business stakeholders, and implementation partners within a complex manufacturing environment.

Principal tasks and responsibilities include:

- Lead project planning, timelines, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Manage Finance transformation workstreams from requirements through implementation.
- Coordinate Finance, IT, SAP functional teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.
- Lead workshops and drive requirements, decisions, and issue resolution.
- Oversee testing, data migration, cutover, and go-live activities.
- Provide project updates, reporting, and escalation to senior leadership.
- Ensure alignment between SAP capabilities, Finance requirements, and business objectives.





Qualifications and pre-requisites:

- 5+ years of Project Management experience within ERP, Finance transformation, or large-scale business transformation.
- Proven SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation or transformation experience.
- Solid understanding of Finance processes and ERP environments.
- Experience working with Finance, IT, Operations, and senior stakeholders.
- Manufacturing or automotive experience strongly preferred.
- Solid stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects, competing priorities, and external implementation partners.
- PMP or equivalent certification is an asset.

Additional information or perks:

- Approximately $120/hour based on experience.
- Initial 6-month contract with potential to extend.
- Hybrid role based in North York.
- Onsite 1-4 days per week depending on project requirements, with increased onsite presence during key project phases.
- Immediate or short-term availability preferred.
