Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality cleaning services to residential clients, ensuring their homes are spotless and welcoming. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Prior experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is a plus, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of French or cooking skills are considered advantageous. Duties

- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
- Execute laundry services such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
- Maintain cleanliness of all surfaces, floors, windows, and appliances using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
- Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within scheduled appointments
- Organize cleaning supplies and ensure all tools are maintained in good condition
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring their satisfaction




- Communicate effectively with clients regarding specific cleaning preferences or special requests
- Assist with light cooking or meal preparation if required by clients (nice-to-have skill)
- Uphold safety standards and adhere to company policies during all cleaning activities

Skills

- Proficiency in English; knowledge of French is a plus
- Strong cleaning skills with experience in residential environments
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple appointments efficiently
- Ability to perform laundry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills to build positive client relationships
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Hospitality experience or background is advantageous but not mandatory
- Reliable transportation or access to transportation for timely arrival at client locations
