Job Summary
We’re looking for an energetic and dependable Weekend Manager to lead our team during weekend shifts. In this role, you’ll oversee daily operations, ensure smooth service, and maintain high standards of food safety and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a natural leader with experience in restaurant management and a passion for delivering top-notch food service.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate all restaurant activities during weekend shifts, ensuring efficient operations.
- Manage food preparation and cooking processes, maintaining quality standards and safety protocols.
- Oversee cash handling, POS transactions (including Micros POS systems), and ensure accurate financial procedures.
- Lead, motivate, and support team members, including interviewing new staff and providing ongoing training.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, proper food handling, and cleanliness standards across the restaurant.
- Handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally to promote positive dining experiences.
- Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels to meet operational needs.
Experience
- Proven supervising or team management experience in a restaurant or food service setting.
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within the food industry.
- Familiarity with restaurant management systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures to ensure compliance at all times.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team and foster a collaborative workplace.
- Previous experience in restaurant or kitchen environments that involved serving customers and managing food operations.

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
