Responsibilities

- Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to company standards
- Lead and motivate team members in food preparation, serving, and customer service activities
- Oversee food handling and safety procedures to comply with health regulations and quality standards
- Manage cash handling processes using POS systems such as Pixel POS, including balancing registers and processing transactions accurately
- Monitor food industry trends and implement best practices in restaurant management and hospitality
- Support front of house with managing customer flow and back end procedure and logistics
- Ensure a positive guest experience by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining high service standards

Requirements





- Proven supervising experience in a food service or restaurant environment with team management responsibilities
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling procedures
- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Pixel POS or similar platforms, for cash handling and order processing
- Extensive food service experience across restaurant settings, including quick service environments
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally
- Leadership qualities with experience in interviewing, training, and developing team members
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices within the food industry
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting; previous restaurant management or hospitality experience is highly desirable
- Availability: Reliable transportation and full flexibility to work a mix of day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 45.0 per week
