Bubble Tea Barista

SunTea Big Bend is hiring! We're a bubble tea shop located inside Sungiven Foods Supermarket, and we're looking for reliable team members to join us.

5771 Marine Way #600, Burnaby, BC V5J 0A6 (inside Sungiven Foods Supermarket)

Positions
Drink preparation and back-of-house kitchen prep

What We're Looking For

- Able to work independently and complete assigned tasks without constant supervision
- Keeps the workstation and equipment clean and organized
- Friendly, transparent communication with customers
- A team player who works well with others

Requirements

- Able to communicate in both English and Mandarin (most of our customers speak one or the other)
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
- Previous food service or customer service experience is an asset

Job Type
Full-time and part-time positions available. Please note: we are not hiring for summer-only positions. We're looking for team members who can stay with us long term.

Shifts

- Morning shift: 9:30 AM – 3:30 PM




- Evening shift: 3:30 PM – 9:30 PM
- Must be available for at least one weekend evening shifts

Pay
Starting at $18.25/hour. After one month, once you're confident at all stations, pay increases to $19.00/hour.

Please note: our store uses a self-service ordering kiosk, so customers order on their own. There are no tips for this position — we'd rather be upfront about this than have you find out later.
