Looking for a hands-on role in manufacturing with long-term growth potential?

We're hiring a Production Wash Bay Technician to join a busy production team in Southeast Calgary. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in supporting a high-quality manufacturing operation.

Working in the wash bay, you'll play a key role in preparing products and components for the next stage of production by operating pressure washing equipment, handling materials, and assisting with general production activities.

What You'll Do

- Pressure wash production components as they come off the manufacturing line
- Lift, move, and handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs throughout your shift
- Support production operations through general labour, assembly, and machine-assisted tasks
- Use measuring tapes and metric measurements to verify specifications
- Operate and assist with production machinery safely and efficiently
- Use hand tools to support manufacturing processes
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all safety procedures, including PPE requirements and chemical handling protocols
- Work as part of a team while managing responsibilities within your designated work area

What We're Looking For

✅ 6 months to 1 year of manufacturing, production, or general labour experience

✅ Recent heavy lifting experience in a work environment

✅ Experience operating machinery in a production setting

✅ Ability to accurately use a measuring tape and metric system

✅ Experience using hand tools and performing assembly or production work

✅ Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment

✅ Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

✅ Ability to work 12-hour shifts and maintain a consistent pace

Preferred Qualifications

- Industrial pressure washing experience
- Working around chemicals and industrial equipment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Desire to grow into a long-term manufacturing career

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of CALGARY, AB.

Pay and Benefits





The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
