Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests by serving high-quality beverages and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

Duties

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Engage with customers, providing friendly and attentive service while taking drink orders.
- Manage the bar's inventory, including ordering supplies and keeping track of stock levels.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process orders and handle payments.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or feedback in a professional manner.

Experience





- Previous experience in bartending or food service is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during busy periods.
- Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Basic math skills for managing transactions accurately.
- Familiarity with the food industry and knowledge of various beverages is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
