Adecco is currently hiring Parking Surveyors for a one-day temporary assignment in Halifax, NS. This opportunity is ideal for reliable, detail-oriented individuals who enjoy working outdoors and are comfortable walking for extended periods.
In this role, you will follow a designated route throughout Halifax and record the licence plate numbers of parked vehicles at regular intervals. This is a physically active position requiring approximately 32 kilometres of walking over the course of the shift.

- Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour

- Location: Halifax, NS

- Schedule: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM

- Employment Type: One-Day | Temporary Assignment

Responsibilities

- Walk a predetermined survey route within Halifax.

- Complete the designated route approximately every 30 minutes.

- Accurately record licence plate numbers of parked vehicles along the assigned route.

- Follow established survey instructions and procedures to ensure accurate data collection.

- Maintain explicit and organized records throughout the assignment.

- Complete approximately 32 kilometres of walking over the course of the 10-hour assignment.

- Communicate effectively with the onsite team as required.

- Complete all assigned survey activities accurately and within the required timelines.





Requirements

- Must be eligible to work and reside in Canada.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Must be comfortable walking approximately 32 kilometres during the assignment.

- Ability to remain active and outdoors for extended periods.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when recording information.

- Reliable and punctual with the ability to complete the full 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM shift.

- Ability to follow a predetermined route and instructions independently.
