Pioneer Chrysler Jeep is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager who knows how to lead from the front, build a strong team and drive results.

This is not a desk-only management position. We want someone competitive, involved and not afraid to pick up the phone, work leads, close deals and hold the team accountable.

The right person will have:

- At least five years of automotive sales management experience
- A proven track record of leading and developing a sales team
- Strong closing, desking and deal-structuring abilities
- Experience with prime and non-prime customers
- The ability to recruit and build a productive team
- Connections to strong salespeople or a non-prime team that may want to join you
