Job Title: eCommerce and Digital Analyst

Job Type: Part Time Contract – 6 month, Remote work from home

Hours: Monday to Friday, 20 hours per week.

We’re currently seeking an eCommerce and Digital Analyst to support our team. We partner with leading brands and retailers to strengthen their digital shelf through high-quality content, data and analytics, and retail media execution across categories such as CPG, electronics, apparel, housewares, sporting goods, and more.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The eCommerce and Digital Analyst plays an important role in supporting digital shelf excellence, eCommerce content execution, and performance reporting. This position helps ensure product content is accurate, complete, and effectively syndicated across key retailer and digital platforms, while also supporting shoppable media execution, agency coordination, and the development of actionable insights. The analyst works cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and external partners to strengthen online execution, improve the consumer experience, and support business growth through data-driven decision making.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage product information and digital content within product information management platforms to help maintain accurate, complete, and customer-ready content across key eCommerce channels.
- Support digital shelf execution by monitoring data quality, maintaining content accuracy, coordinating content syndication, and identifying opportunities to improve processes and automation.
- Partner with internal teams and external customer digital teams to address content issues, respond to requests,



and help ensure alignment with retailer requirements and channel priorities.
- Assist with the execution of shoppable media programs, including experience setup, creative coordination, link generation, communications with agencies, and performance reporting.
- Contribute to content strategy and development by helping prepare agency briefs, coordinating cross-functional inputs, and supporting digital asset management needs.
- Support the implementation of new digital capabilities and enhancements, including system upgrades, process improvements, ratings and reviews, and other emerging eCommerce tools and programs.
- Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports by consolidating data from multiple sources, maintaining reporting requirements, and translating results into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Participate in team meetings, development activities, and cross-functional collaboration to stay aligned on priorities, strengthen capabilities, and support continuous improvement.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, Digital Marketing, Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience supporting eCommerce, digital marketing, digital shelf, content management, or analytics activities, ideally within CPG, retail, or a similarly fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of product information management, content syndication, retail digital platforms,



or related systems and processes.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret data and convert findings into practical recommendations.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and with external partners.
- Comfort working with digital tools, spreadsheets, reporting platforms, and evolving technologies in support of eCommerce execution.
- A proactive, solution-focused mindset with a strong willingness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced setting.

- Digital shelf and shoppable media initiatives are executed with strong attention to detail, clear coordination, and measurable follow-through.
- Reporting is timely, accurate, and insightful, helping teams make informed decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
- You identify ways to simplify processes, strengthen data quality, and improve execution across systems, tools, and workflows.
- You grow into a trusted contributor who demonstrates ownership, curiosity, and a strong commitment to continuous improvement.

COMPENSATION:

$45/hr

Pay: $45.00 per hour

Education:

- Bachelor's Degree (required)

Experience:

- Content management: 3 years (preferred)
- E-commerce: 3 years (required)
