Registered Dental Assistant

Sierra Dental Signal Hill is looking for an enthusiastic Registered Dental Assistant to join our team. We're seeking someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoys staying one step ahead to help keep our days running smoothly. This position included a blended schedule between Sierra Dental Seton and Midpark Dental.

What We're Looking For:

- Registered Dental Assistant with 1+ year of clinical experience
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- A proactive, self-motivated "go-getter" who takes initiative
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment
- A genuine commitment to providing outstanding patient care and creating a welcoming experience
- Experience with ClearDent is considered an asset, but is not required

Schedule:
Mondays 9:00am-6:00pm – Midpark
Tuesdays 1:00pm-8:30pm – Seton
Wednesdays 6:30am-2:30pm – Seton
Thursdays 1:00pm-8:30pm – Midpark




Saturdays 7:30am-4:00pm – Seton (1 every 4 weeks)

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms and instruments
- Assist the dentist during procedures, anticipating needs and ensuring smooth patient flow
- Take and upload dental X-rays
- Support patient education and oral hygiene instruction
- Maintain accurate and organized patient records
- Help with scheduling and general office flow
- Review patients charts in preparation for their appointments

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
