Ocgrow is looking for a reliable, hands-on part-time property caretaker to assist with the daily upkeep of Terez, our recent luxury residential community in Greystone, prefer live-in position at this building location.
Responsibilities will include:
- Regular inspections of the building and property
- Keeping entrances, hallways, stairwells, common areas and exterior areas clean and presentable
- Garbage removal and general site cleanup
- Minor maintenance and basic repairs, handyman skills
- Identifying and reporting issues before they become larger problems
- Coordinating access for contractors and service providers
- Assisting with suite inspections and move-in readiness, suite showings for turnovers.
- Checking furnished Ocgrow Reserve suites between guest stays when required
- Seasonal exterior upkeep
- Basic computer/IT skills
The ideal person is dependable, responsive, organized and comfortable handling basic maintenance tasks independently. Property, building-maintenance or construction experience is preferred.
This is a part-time position based onsite in Cochrane. Hours may vary depending on building requirements.
