What We’re Looking For

- Certified with at least 2,200 hours of massage therapy training
- Current City of Calgary, practitioner licence and applicable professional liability insurance
- 2+ years of experience as a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) preferred
- Friendly,



professional, and confident in communicating with clients
- Skilled in a variety of massage techniques and open to learning recent approaches
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Comfortable working in a warm, welcoming, and team-oriented wellness environment
- Responsible, reliable, and committed to providing high-quality professional care
- Open to receiving feedback and committed to continuous learning and growth
- A team player who values collaboration, respect, and a positive workplace workplace

What You’ll Be Doing

- Communicate with clients to understand their unique needs and customize each treatment

- Deliver relaxing, effective massage therapies using a variety of techniques (Deep Tissue, Sports, Hot Stone, Cupping, Prenatal, and more)

- Create a peaceful, spa-like experience where clients can truly unwind

- Maintain detailed treatment notes and care records.

- Keep the workspace clean, serene, and ready to welcome clients for the next shift.

- Make sure the equipment is in an excellent condition

- Refill aromatherapy and massage oils and ensure they are ready to use for the next shift

- Writing a report at the reception desk if the equipment needs to be fixed

- Encourage gratitude and a calm workplace
