Overview
We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team. Replace damaged body parts, including bumpers, fenders, hoods and trim. Realign car frames and repair structural damage. Pound out or patch dents and other minor or major body damage. Fit, attach and weld replacement parts into place. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles with a focus on quality service and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have solid mechanical knowledge, hands-on experience with automotive repair, and familiarity with various tools and schematics. This position offers an engaging environment for those passionate about automotive maintenance and repair.

Duties

- Perform comprehensive diagnostics to identify vehicle issues using schematics and technical manuals
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to complete repairs efficiently
- Follow safety protocols during all repair procedures, including heavy lifting and the use of protective gear
- Assist in assembly or replacement of vehicle parts as needed
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and recommendations clearly to clients




- Conduct routine inspections to ensure vehicle safety and optimal performance
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks to extend vehicle lifespan

Requirements

- Proven mechanic experience
- Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive systems and components
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and schematics reading
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently
- Experience with automotive repair, maintenance, and assembly processes
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information effectively
- Knowledge of vehicle diagnostics software is preferred
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required
