SPINEgroup®, Vaughan (7611 Pine Valley Drive, Unit 1)

SPINEgroup® is offering a unique clinical experience to a qualified Ontario Family Physician. We are looking for one (1) full time or part time Family Physician and Medical Pain Specialist (Orthopaedic physician, Rheumatologist, Sports Medicine and/or Physiatrist) for an “executive-style” health clinic and walk-in hours located in central Vaughan.

Clinic model:

- Comprehensive Functional Health Assessments (reimbursement will include OHIP plus payment for non-insured services)
- Chronic Disease Prevention and Management program (diabetes, obesity, cardiovascular disease, etc.)
- Spine Clinic
- Rehabilitation
- Pain Clinic

There is currently a shortage of family medicine providers and limited executive-style comprehensive medical/rehabilitation clinics in Vaughan making this a rewarding opportunity. The physician(s)



must be committed to quality care and measuring patient outcomes, digital health, evidence-based chronic pain care and work well within a multidisciplinary, collaborative practice dedicated to these guiding principles.

- On site, rotational Registered Nurse, RN
