What You'll Do

As a Cross-Border Team Driver, you will:

- Safely operate commercial tractor-trailers on long-haul team routes throughout Canada and the United States.
- Transport both Full Truckload (FTL) and Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) freight while meeting scheduled delivery times.
- Complete pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Maintain accurate electronic logs (ELDs) and all required transportation documentation.
- Ensure compliance with Transport Canada, FMCSA, DOT, and Hours of Service regulations.
- Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and fellow team drivers.
- Report vehicle concerns, delays, incidents, or maintenance requirements promptly.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while representing Riteway Solutions with professionalism.

Qualifications

To be considered, applicants must have:

- Valid AZ/Class 1 License (Canada) or Class A CDL (United States)
- Minimum 2-3 years of verified Canada/US tractor-trailer team driving experience
- Valid passport and legal eligibility to cross the Canada-US border
- Clean CVOR/Driver's Abstract and strong safety record
- Strong understanding of Hours-of-Service regulations
- Professional, courteous, and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work effectively as part of a professional driving team
- Criminal background check
- Ability to successfully complete any required pre-employment screening, including drug and alcohol testing where applicable

Home Time

- Home every 5-7 days, depending on dispatch and operational requirements.
