**Job Title: Lead Hand/Labourers Wanted**

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Hands/Labourers to join our team. The Lead Hand will be responsible for supervising and coordinating construction projects in tandem with the site Foreman/Supervisor, ensuring quality control, housekeeping and adhering to project timelines and scopes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil construction, heavy equipment, time management, with skidsteer/Loader operating experience. Bonus points to candidates that are familiar with Oil & gas, facility/Tank farms and have worked with or for Pipeline agencies on the ROW.

**Responsibilities:**

- Aid in supervision construction projects from start to finish

-Operate skidtseer/Loader safely and efficiently when required

- Coordinate with Foreman/Superintendents and project managers to ensure project goals are met

- Take pride in your work and show positive leadership to set an example to others

- Conduct on site management and safety observations

- Implement quality control measures throughout the construction process

- Lead a team of workers to ensure project success

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in leadership roles on civil construction projects

- Proficiency in skidsteer, forklift and or Front-end loaders





- Strong understanding of oil and gas site requirements and protocols

- Ability to communicate with supervision and Clientele in a professional and conducted manor

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

-First aid/CPR, H2S, CSTS (Or equivelent) training considered an asset (Also offered to the right candidate if needed)

-Some experience with Microsoft office programs would be considered an asset
