POSITION SUMMARY:

As part of our hourly Hospitality team, In-Seat Runners provide premium level food and beer service to our club section guests during a busy event-time environment. They consistently provide exceptional and knowledgeable service that will impress and thrill fans and provide an iconic experience at every touch point. This is a part-time, hourly, events-based position.

A typical shift includes:

- Providing exceptional first level service to guests in our club seat sections
- Running food and beverages to guests in between game time action
- Proactively engaging with fans to create friendly and personal connections
- Other duties as required

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

- Must be able to work weeknights, weekends, and holidays with a start time of approximately 5:30pm




- Must be able to safely lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be able to stand during scheduled shift, withstand repetitive walking, reaching, and bending for long periods of time
- Completion of Serving it Right Certificate
- Have an incredible ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-volume workplace while maintaining a first-in-class hospitality and food and beverage experience
- Strong communication and listening skills and the ability to communicate with guests and respond to inquiries
- Non-Canadian residents must hold a valid work permit with a minimum of 8 months of validity remaining
