Experienced Cook, Full-Time

Spearhead Brewing Company is hiring an experienced Cook to join our kitchen team!

If you’re passionate about great food, enjoy working in a fast-paced brewery environment, and take pride in what comes out of your kitchen, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

- Prepare and cook menu items to Spearhead’s quality standards
- Maintain consistent food quality, presentation, and portion sizes
- Work efficiently during busy service periods
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and kitchen procedures
- Assist with prep, cleaning, stocking, and general kitchen duties
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen, front-of-house, and back-of-house teams
- Help create a positive, professional, and fun work environment

What We’re Looking For

- Previous professional cooking experience required
- Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food preparation
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, organized,



and team-oriented
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Food Handler Certification is an asset
