Ace Physique is seeking a skilled, compassionate, and client-focused Registered Massage Therapist to join our multidisciplinary clinic in Calgary.

The successful candidate will provide individualized, evidence-informed massage therapy and work alongside other healthcare professionals to support patients with pain management, injury recovery, mobility, stress reduction, and overall wellness.

Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive assessments, including relevant health history, symptoms, treatment goals, and contraindications.
- Develop and provide individualized treatment plans based on each patient’s needs and informed consent.
- Perform therapeutic massage techniques within your training and scope of practice, including relaxation, Swedish, deep-tissue, myofascial, and sports massage.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans when appropriate.
- Provide patients with relevant home-care advice, including stretching, activity modification, and follow-up recommendations.
- Maintain accurate, complete, and timely clinical records in accordance with professional and clinic standards.
- Protect patient privacy, confidentiality, dignity, and comfort.
- Collaborate with physiotherapists and other members of our multidisciplinary team when clinically appropriate.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary treatment environment.
- Follow all applicable professional, ethical, privacy, infection-prevention, and clinic policies.
- Deliver a welcoming and skilled patient experience that supports satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

- Completion of a recognized Massage Therapy diploma program.




- Current membership in good standing with a recognized massage therapy professional association.
- Valid professional liability insurance.
- Ability to issue receipts accepted by major extended health-benefit providers.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, contraindications, and therapeutic massage techniques.
- Excellent communication, assessment, documentation, and time-management skills.
- Professional, compassionate, dependable, and committed to patient-centred care.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary clinical setting.
- Previous clinical experience is an asset; qualified new graduates are welcome to apply.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
