Duties

- Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, to process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash and credit card payments with precision, ensuring proper cash handling and balancing registers at shift end
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, adhering strictly to food safety guidelines and sanitation protocols
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining food quality
- Assist with food handling duties, including stocking supplies, maintaining food freshness,



and following proper hygiene practices

Requirements

- Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and protected food handling practices
- Experience using POS systems such as Micros POS for efficient transaction processing
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and order calculations
- Understanding of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper kitchen hygiene
- Kitchen or food industry experience is a plus; familiarity with serving in a quick-service or casual dining setting is ideal
- Ability to upsell menu items confidently to boost sales and enhance the guest experience

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
