Key Responsibilities:

- Handle wholesale deal paperwork
- Manage ownership's, licensing, and registration documentation
- Write detail vehicle descriptions for online listings on portals
- Take photographs of used vehicles to accompany online listings.
- Assist the General Manager in listing vehicles for sale on other platforms.
- Facilitate occasional dealer trades, which may involve traveling to other dealerships locally.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all used car inventory.
- Enter all purchased/sold used cars into dealership inventory database system
- Assist with OMVIC compliance and regulatory requirements
- Communicate with sales team, customers,



and external partners
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

- Previous dealership or automotive admin experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of used vehicle processes and documentation
- Familiarity with OMVIC regulations is an asset
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and dealership management systems
