We are seeking a Red Seal Certified Millwright to join a leading food manufacturing facility in Winnipeg, MB.

Pay - $40-$45/hr

Shift - Night

Key Responsibilities

- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on food processing and packaging equipment

- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical breakdowns efficiently to minimize downtime

- Install, align, and dismantle industrial machinery and production lines

- Maintain conveyors, mixers, pumps, fillers, and high-speed packaging equipment

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals

- Work closely with production and sanitation teams to support operations

- Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, and CFIA food safety standards

- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and reports





- Participate in continuous improvement and reliability initiatives

Qualifications

- Red Seal Certification (Industrial Mechanic / Millwright) Mandatory

- 3 5+ years of experience in food or beverage manufacturing preferred

- Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, gearboxes, and power transmission

- Experience working with automated and high-speed processing/packaging equipment

- Ability to work in refrigerated, wet, or rapid-paced environments

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
