- Pro-North Auto & Truck has an immediate opening for a full time Automotive Service Advisor.

We are looking for a highly organized individual who enjoys a fast paced environment .

Duties:

- Greet customers in a friendly and timely manner
- Schedule service appointments
- Provide customers with accurate and complete cost estimate for all parts and labour needed based on technicians inspections and findings
- Source and order required parts for technicians
- Receive parts onto customer invoices
- Advise customers on maintaining their vehicle in accordance with manufacturer specifications
- Checks on progress of repair throughout the day. Contacts customers regarding any changes in the estimate or promise time, explains cost and time requirements in detail and gets proper authorization




- Close work orders and cash out customers
- Benefits to be discussed at time of interview

Requirements:

- MUST HAVE 1—2 years prior Automotive Service Advisor Experience
- Excellent written, oral and computer skills
- Automotive and Parts Knowledge
- Team player and customer oriented
- Positive work ethic and solid attention to detail
- Punctual
- Valid Driver’s license

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
