Job Summary

We are a growing, year-round service department seeking the next generation of skilled problem solvers to join our team. We’re looking for experienced window and door service technicians/glaziers who can adapt to new product lines and deliver precise, high-quality results across a wide range of products. Duties:

- Diagnose issues and document all necessary details for repair or warranty claims.
- Replace window and door hardware as needed.
- Measure and install frameless glass showers with precision.
- Perform glass replacements and glazing for new products.
- Generate invoices and collect payments from clients upon job completion.
- Communicate any scheduling delays promptly to the Service Coordinator.
- Measure and install security shutters and Executive screens.

Secondary Responsibilities:

- Deliver products to job sites as required.
- Supervise and guide assistants on the job.
- Report any service needs or damage to company vehicles immediately.
- Participate in the company clothing program.
- Maintain all required licenses and certifications for the role.
- Provide support to the installation team when needed.

Qualifications:

- Experience in the fenestration industry is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.




- Valid G driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Current First Aid certification.
- Valid Working at Heights certification.
- Strong ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Solid mathematical skills.
- Comfortable using smartphones and related apps.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Highly self-motivated and driven.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 44.0 per week
