RPA Developer

Our Telecom client is seeking a motivated RPA Developer. You will design and implement Robotic Process Automation solutions to optimize business efficiency, collaborating with stakeholders to transform manual workflows into high-performing automated bots.

Core Responsibilities

- Analyze business processes and requirements to design and architect robust RPA solutions.
- Build and configure bots using Automaton Anywhere (AA360), ensuring seamless integration with existing IT systems.
- Create process design documents (PDD), solution architectures, and configuration specs.
- Conduct end-to-end testing and troubleshooting to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Proactively identify and suggest new automation opportunities.

Technical Requirements

- Extensive experience with the AA360 (Automation Anywhere) tool.
- Ability to write and understand basic SQL Select queries.
- Strong skills in C#, Java, Python,



VBScript, or Excel VBA.
- Solid understanding of process analysis, workflow design, and development methodologies.

Qualifications & Competencies

- Proven track record in designing and implementing enterprise-level RPA solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to technical detail.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently in a proactive, self-motivated manner.
- RPA certifications are considered a robust asset.

Job Type: Fixed term contract

Pay: $45.00-$55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

Experience:

- Automation Anywhere: 2 years (preferred)
