Key Responsibilities

- Team Leadership: Hire, train, coach, supervise, and coordinate the daily activities of department staff, including establishing work schedules.
- Merchandise Management: Order merchandise, oversee product rotation to guarantee optimal quality and freshness, and actively drive sales by ensuring well-stocked shelves.
- Operations & Budgeting: Ensure company-set targets are met across sales, labor, shrink, and audits, while maintaining a clean and sanitized department.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly,



alongside handling supply chain or operational shortages.
- Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the department.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 months of management or leadership experience within the retail industry.
- Availability: Must be available to work a minimum of 2 nights per week, including weekends and statutory holidays.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and multi-tasking abilities. (Note: Experience with email, SAP, and PC applications is considered an asset, but not strictly required).
