About the Role
Powder Room is looking for a polished, energetic, and hospitality-focused Server to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about providing exceptional guest service and thrives in a sophisticated, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

- Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to guests.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely service.
- Make menu recommendations and upsell food and beverage items.
- Maintain clean and organized tables and service areas.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen, bar, and management team.
- Handle guest requests and concerns professionally.
- Support special events and high-volume service as required.

Qualifications

- Previous serving experience in a restaurant, lounge, or upscale hospitality environment preferred.
- Smart Serve certification required.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Professional, energetic, and personable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Robust attention to detail and teamwork skills.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
