Body Works Physiotherapy Clinic is looking for a Patient Experience Assistant Manager to join our growing team.

A valid driver's licence and reliable access to a vehicle are REQUIRED.

You must be comfortable driving between our clinic locations as needed.

What You'll Be DoingLead & Coach the Patient Experience Team

- Lead, coach, and motivate Patient Experience Personnel (PECs).
- Help team members achieve and exceed performance goals.
- Provide ongoing feedback, training, and support.
- Lead by example and create a positive team culture.

Create an Exceptional Patient Experience

- Be a leader and point of contact for patients.
- Ensure patients feel welcomed, supported, and valued.
- Handle questions, concerns, and complaints professionally and empathetically.
- Help create a smooth patient journey from their first call through their treatment experience.

Drive Growth & Sales





- Identify opportunities to improve patient retention and clinic growth.
- Support the team with patient education and product opportunities.
- Develop your sales, communication, and business development skills.
- Contribute to marketing and patient acquisition initiatives.

Track Performance & Improve Results

- Monitor patient experience and team performance metrics.
- Review call, booking, retention, and other key performance indicators.
- Identify areas for improvement and create action plans.
- Help implement processes that improve clinic performance.

Work Across Multiple Locations

- Support clinic operations as needed.
- Travel between Body Works locations when required.
- Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative teams.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who is:

- A confident leader who enjoys coaching and developing others.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent at communicating with both patients and team members.
- Comfortable having conversations around sales, performance, and accountability.
- Customer-service focused and genuinely enjoys helping people.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Motivated to learn and grow within a company.
- Experienced with patient management systems and data tracking — an asset.
- Experienced with social media and marketing — an asset.
- Previous physiotherapy, chiropractic, rehabilitation, or healthcare clinic experience is required.
- Able and willing to work Saturdays — MANDATORY.
- Must have a valid driver's licence and reliable access to a vehicle.
- Comfortable travelling between clinic locations as required.

Work Schedule

Full time: 35–40 hours per week

Monday–Friday: Schedule varies based on operational needsSaturday: REQUIRED / MANDATORY

Saturday availability is a condition of employment for this position.

The successful candidate must also be available to travel between Body Works clinic locations as needed.

IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT

You MUST have:

- A valid driver's licence
- Reliable access to a vehicle
- Ability to travel between clinic locations
- Saturday availability
