Operations Manager

Sparkling Homes is looking for a reliable experienced Operations Manager to join our growing team.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in their work, leads by example, and is willing to clean alongside the team when needed.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily cleaning operations
- Lead, support, and motivate cleaning teams
- Clean alongside the team when required
- Conduct quality-control inspections
- Train and coach team members
- Ensure employees are prepared and equipped for each job
- Assist with scheduling, supplies, staffing, and daily operations
- Handle client concerns professionally
- Maintain Sparkling Homes high standards
- Assist with hiring and employee performance
- Communicate with ownership and step in wherever needed

Qualifications

- 3+ years of professional cleaning experience
- Strong knowledge of cleaning practices
- Excellent attention to detail and work ethic
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Ability to travel throughout Winnipeg and surrounding areas
- Criminal record check required
- Professional references required




- Available for 20–40 hours per week
- Occasional evenings/weekends as needed
- Supervisory experience is an asset

Compensation

- Starting wage: $25/hour
- Opportunities for wage increases and advancement based on performance and growth

- Gas/mileage compensation for approved work-related travel
