Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Auto Body Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair, with a focus on bodywork and collision repair. This role requires mechanical knowledge and proficiency in using hand and power tools to restore vehicles to their pre-accident condition. The Auto Body Technician will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring high-quality repairs while maintaining safety standards.

Duties

- Assess vehicle damage and determine necessary repairs.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to perform bodywork, including welding, sanding, and painting.
- Operate hand tools and power tools effectively to complete repairs.
- Collaborate with other technicians and staff to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Perform heavy lifting as required when handling vehicle parts and materials.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in automotive repair techniques.

Qualifications





- Proven experience as an Auto Body Technician or similar role in a dealership or automotive repair shop.
- Solid mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively.
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment related to auto body repair.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
