- Jane program experience would be an asset

Job Description:

-opening/ closing the clinic

-working the front desk, greeting patients, answering the phone, scheduling appointments, taking payments.

-setting up patient profiles -learning about insurance coverage types and setting up in patient profiles

-staying on top of the clinic emails -sending/receiving faxes -scanning and attaching client documents

-learning different services and how to explain them to patients/answer questions -assisting physiotherapists





- bringing patients to their beds, getting hot packs/ ice packs, answering timers, wiping down beds after each patient

-cleaning duties- covid sanitizing procedures, daily cleaning tasks, laundry, keeping reception area clean at all times, helping the physio's sanitize and tidy up exercise equipment etc. closing duties during evening shifts.
