Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Farm Labourer to join our agile agricultural team. In this role, you will be actively involved in maintaining and supporting various farm operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of daily activities. Responsibilities

- Assist with planting, watering, harvesting, and general crop maintenance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Operate irrigation systems to ensure proper water distribution across fields and garden areas
- Perform manual tasks such as digging, planting, pruning, and weeding with hand tools
- Conduct basic equipment maintenance and mechanical repairs on farm machinery as needed
- Handle heavy lifting of supplies, equipment, or harvested produce safely and efficiently
- Support gardening activities including soil preparation, mulching, and pest control measures
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, tools,



and equipment to promote safety and efficiency

Experience

- Prior experience working in horticulture or farming environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Familiarity with irrigation systems and basic gardening techniques is advantageous
- Mechanical knowledge or experience with farm machinery is a plus
- Ability to use hand tools safely and effectively in various tasks
- Basic math skills for measuring, counting, and recording data accurately
- Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks including heavy lifting and prolonged outdoor work
- Enthusiasm for gardening, agriculture, or outdoor work with a positive attitude toward teamwork
