Local Handyman Regina is hiring an experienced Renovation Technician to join our field team.

We're looking for someone with solid hands-on trades experience who enjoys variety and is comfortable completing different types of residential and commercial repair and renovation work.

You don't need to know every trade, but you should already have a good skill set and be able to complete several common renovation and repair tasks independently.

This is not an entry-level construction position.

What You'll Do

Our technicians work on a wide variety of projects. One day may involve drywall and finishing, while the next could involve flooring, doors, bathroom repairs or a commercial service call.

Typical work includes:

- Drywall repairs, mudding and taping
- Flooring installation and repairs
- Interior doors and trim
- Baseboards and finishing carpentry
- Painting and finishing
- Bathroom repairs and renovations
- Toilet, vanity and plumbing fixture installation
- Cabinet and countertop installation
- Minor framing and carpentry
- Deck and exterior repairs
- General residential and commercial repairs
- Insurance restoration work

What We're Looking For

You should have:

- At least 2–3 years of paid construction, renovation or trades experience
- Hands-on experience in several areas of renovation and repair
- The ability to complete jobs independently within your skill set
- Valuable troubleshooting and problem-solving skills




- A valid driver's licence and clean driving record
- Professional communication skills when working in customers' homes and businesses
- Comfort using a smartphone or tablet for job notes and photos
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Pride in completing clean, professional-quality work

You do not need to be a ticketed carpenter, plumber or electrician.

We're particularly interested in people who have developed a broad skill set through renovation, construction, property maintenance, restoration or similar hands-on work.
