We are looking for a motivated and organized Entry-Level Sales Coordinator to support our sales team with daily administrative and customer service activities. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to develop experience in sales, customer service, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks.
- Respond to customer inquiries by email and phone in a professional manner.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and other sales documents.
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, quotations, and product information.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Enter and update customer information in the company system/CRM.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, and shipping teams to ensure orders are processed on time.
- Monitor order status and communicate updates to customers.
- Assist with preparing sales reports and tracking sales activities.
- Support the sales team in maintaining good relationships with existing customers.
- Help identify potential sales opportunities and forward leads to the sales team.




- Perform other administrative and sales support duties as required.

Qualifications & Skills

- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business, marketing, or a related field is an asset.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset but not required.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Position: Full-time, Entry Level
Experience: 0–1 year preferred; training will be provided.

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
