- Manage and oversee accounting functions including bookkeeping, account reconciliation, accounts payable, and accounts receivable to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Conduct comprehensive risk analysis and develop risk management strategies to safeguard organizational assets.
- Lead budgeting processes, monitor financial performance, and implement cost management initiatives to optimize resource allocation.
- Perform detailed audits of financial records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Analyze investment opportunities and provide strategic recommendations for business development initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial services, streamline processes,



and enhance overall financial health.
- Prepare detailed reports on financial status, risk assessments, and audit findings for senior management to inform decision-making.

Experience

- Proven experience in corporate finance, accounting, or auditing roles with a strong understanding of financial services industry practices.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and foster a collaborative work setting.
- Extensive knowledge of bookkeeping, account reconciliation, budgeting, and cost management techniques.
- Experience in risk analysis and risk management strategies to mitigate potential financial threats.
- Familiarity with investment evaluation processes and business development activities within a corporate setting.
- Strong analytical skills combined with excellent attention to detail to ensure precise financial reporting.
- Prior experience working with accounts payable and receivable systems is highly desirable.

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
