Cleaner / Housekeeper – Short-Term Rental Properties

AirStay is looking for reliable, experienced Cleaners/Housekeepers to join our team and provide cleaning services for short-term rental properties in Toronto. It's important that they speak Spanish.

Responsibilities

- Thoroughly clean and prepare 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom apartments between guest stays.
- Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and ensure the property is guest-ready.
- Change and organize linens and towels.
- Restock basic guest supplies when needed.
- Report any damages, maintenance issues, or missing items.
- Follow AirStay’s cleaning standards and checklists.
- Complete turnovers within the required timeframe.

Requirements

- Previous qualified cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred.
- Experience with Airbnb or short-term rental properties is a plus.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Able to work independently and meet turnover deadlines.
- Good communication skills.




- Must have reliable transportation or a dependable way to travel between properties.
- Ability to provide a high-quality, consistent cleaning service.

Location

Toronto, Ontario — primarily properties in the downtown/Fort York area.
