The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a full-time Parts Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with agricultural and construction equipment, thrives in a customer-focused environment, and takes pride in helping customers find the right parts and accessories. The successful candidate will support parts sales, assist with inventory activities, and work closely with customers and internal departments to deliver exceptional service and keep dealership operations running smoothly.

Located in the heart of Midwestern Ontario’s agricultural community, this position offers the opportunity to work closely with local farmers and contractors while enjoying the lifestyle of a rural community. This is an in-person position located just outside Listowel, ON. Applicants should be within commuting distance or willing to relocate.

- Competitive hourly wage ranging from $24.00 - $28.00 annually PLUS eligibility to a year-end bonus

What the role entails:

- Assist customers in identifying, sourcing, and purchasing parts and accessories that meet their needs.
- Provide product information, prepare quotes, process orders, and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Support customers with product returns, warranty inquiries, and post-sale service requirements.
- Receive, load, unload, and organize incoming parts shipments, ensuring inventory is stored accurately and safely.
- Verify shipment contents and related documentation to ensure orders are complete and accurate.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked retail parts area that promotes customer engagement and supports dealership standards.
- Assist with inventory counts, stock organization, and the identification and reporting of inventory discrepancies.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers by providing professional, knowledgeable, and responsive service.
- Collaborate effectively with the Sales, Service, and Administration teams to support customer needs and dealership operations.

What it takes to do the role:

- At least 1 (one)



year of experience working in a parts role in agriculture dealership setting
- Detailed knowledge of agriculture and construction equipment and parts required
- Experience with Kubota, John Deere, Case IH, New Holland, or similar equipment is considered an asset
- Previous exposure to dealer specific management software and knowledge of inventory management systems is considered an asset
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds at a time
