We are looking for a part time bartender to join our Banquet Department.

GENERAL SUMMARY:

The responsibilities of this position include:

- Perform all guest contact activities in a friendly, efficient and skilled manner, at all times maintaining a commitment to guest satisfaction.
- Mix drinks and keep accurate inventory of all beverage stock, have full knowledge of drinks menu, garnishes, contents, preparation methods
- Maintain a cooperative, team-like attitude
- Ensure quality and cleanliness of bar
- Present a neat, polished appearance
- Follow all health and safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain a positive attitude.
- Report to work on time (as scheduled) and in proper uniform/attire.

The successful candidate will have the following education and experience:

- Strong beverage knowledge regarding beer, wine and liquor.
- Exceptional communication skills, command of English language
- Minimum 2 years previous bartending experience
- Must have SMART Serve certification.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying the concerns and issues raised by customers.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
