We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Cleaner Supervisor to lead our cleaning team in maintaining a clean and spotless environment across our client facilities. In this energetic role, you will oversee daily cleaning operations, ensure high standards of cleanliness, and coordinate maintenance activities to support the overall facility management. Your leadership will inspire your team to deliver exceptional service while adhering to safety protocols and quality standards.

Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities across multiple areas, ensuring all tasks meet established standards of hygiene and safety.
- Assign duties to cleaning staff, monitor performance, and provide ongoing training to enhance skills in commercial cleaning and facilities maintenance.
- Conduct regular inspections of work sites to verify cleanliness, safety compliance, and proper use of cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed to maintain operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to address facility issues promptly,



supporting overall building upkeep and preventative maintenance efforts.
- Maintain detailed records of cleaning schedules, inspections, incident reports, and supply usage for accountability and reporting purposes.
- Foster a positive team environment by motivating staff, providing constructive feedback, and promoting best practices in cleaning procedures.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance with a strong understanding of cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
- Knowledge of maintenance procedures related to building systems, fixtures, and equipment is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for inspections, record keeping, and inventory management.
- Ability to communicate clearly with team members and management
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks requiring standing, walking, lifting, and bending throughout shifts.
