Responsibilities

Assist senior technicians with diagnosing and repairing various vehicle systems using schematics and technical manuals.
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid replacements.
Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to assemble parts and perform repairs accurately.
Support the team in heavy lifting tasks and ensure proper safety procedures are followed during all operations.
Learn to interpret schematics and technical diagrams to troubleshoot mechanical issues effectively.
Participate in vehicle inspections, identify necessary repairs, and communicate findings clearly to the team.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment,



ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored after use.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or coursework related to automotive technology is a plus.
Dealership experience or previous exposure to automotive repair is advantageous but not required.
Basic mechanical knowledge with an eagerness to learn advanced repair techniques.
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and schematics is preferred.
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work in physically demanding environments.
Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude when interacting with clients or team members.
Willingness to follow safety protocols diligently and participate actively in on-the-job training sessions.
